JXK New Product Distributor Pre-Order Plan

I. Purpose

Through a new product pre-order mechanism, we aim to obtain market feedback and order data in advance, optimize production planning, and provide distributors with flexible ordering windows and clear delivery schedules.

II. Sample Support Policy

1. Free Sample Provision

  • We will provide free samples of new products to cooperating distributors for photography, display, promotion, and pre-order marketing.
  • Samples will, in principle, be distributed prior to the start of the pre-order period.
  • The quantity of samples and specific distribution rules will be confirmed separately based on the cooperation arrangement.

III. Pre-Order Arrangement

1. Pre-Order Period

  • The pre-order period for new products will be 30 days.
  • Distributors may promote and sell the products through their own channels during the pre-order period.

2. Pre-Order Order Notes

  • Order data collected during the pre-order period will serve as an important reference for production planning.
  • The end of the pre-order period does not indicate the closure of ordering; additional orders may still be accepted (see Section V).

IV. Production Arrangement

1. Production Start

  • After the pre-order period ends, the project will enter the production preparation phase and official production will commence.

2. Production Cycle

  • The standard production cycle is 60 days.
  • Quality control and inspection will be carried out in accordance with standard procedures during production.

V. Ordering Policy After the Pre-Order Period (Important)

1. Continued Acceptance of Orders

  • From the end of the pre-order period until official shipment, we will continue to accept orders from distributors.
  • There is no quantity limit during this stage; distributors may flexibly adjust their order quantities based on market performance.

2. Order Quantity Submission and Adjustment

  • Distributors may submit their order quantities after the pre-order period ends.
  • Based on actual sales performance, distributors may submit their latest final order quantities within 20 days after the end of the pre-order period.
  • Thereafter, if additional sales exceed 50 units, such cases will be handled as special circumstances and must be communicated to us in a timely manner before production is completed.

3. Final Quantity Confirmation Deadline

  • Four (4) weeks before production completion shall be the final deadline for confirming order quantities for this production batch.
  • Quantities submitted after this deadline will not be treated as fixed production quantities for this batch.

VI. Late Orders and Additional Quantity Policy

1. Additional Requests After the Deadline

  • If distributors request additional quantities after the final confirmation deadline, we will evaluate such requests based on the actual production volume and inventory of the current batch.

2. Supply Availability

  • If inventory and production capacity allow, we will make every effort to coordinate additional supply.
  • If additional quantities cannot be provided, distributors will need to wait until the next production batch is completed.

VII. Shipment Arrangement

1. Shipment Timing

  • After production is completed, shipments will be arranged uniformly based on the final confirmed order quantities.

2. Shipment Recipients

  • Shipments will be made to distributors who have participated in the pre-order and subsequent ordering process and have completed quantity confirmation.

3. Logistics Notes

  • Specific logistics methods and estimated delivery times will be confirmed separately according to actual circumstances.

VIII. Overall Timeline Overview (Indicative)

  • Sample Distribution: Before the start of the pre-order
  • Pre-Order Period: 30 days
  • Production Period: 60 days
    • Orders can be continuously accepted during this period
    • Final quantity confirmation deadline: 4 weeks before production completion
  • Shipment Period: Shipments will begin progressively after 90 days

IX. Additional Notes

  • This new product follows an order-driven production model. Distributors are requested to pay close attention to quantity confirmation deadlines at each stage.
  • In the event of force majeure (raw materials, logistics, policies, etc.), the schedule may be adjusted, and advance notice will be provided.
  • The company reserves the right of final interpretation of this pre-order plan and related terms.
